In case you didn't read Day 1, here's the rub. I decided it would be fun to list the Edmond and NW OKC communities I visit each day for about 10 days, just to show an example of how often I'm active in each neighborhood.
There are many benefits a home buyer or seller could find in knowing that their agent is actually out and about in their community on a daily basis. OK, so I'm not as good at rhyming as Dr Seuss is (so I'm not going to embarrass myself by trying here), but I thought of that fun, inspirational book of his (Oh, the Places You'll Go) yesterday for some reason, when I was asked by another home owner how often I'm in her neighborhood. When I visit with home owners about listing their Edmond or NW OKC homes, asking how often I'm in their neighborhood seems to reassure them that I know the area and I stay on top of the market.

All the buzz this week has been about the 89th PGA Championship, being held at Tulsa's Southern Hills Country Club. You can't get away from it. At the grocery store, the insurance office and, of course, the water cooler, all the talk is about Tiger... well, almost all of it.
