It's a great family community, which is surrounded by other premier Edmond communities, such as Fairview Farms to the South, and Fenwick & Fenwick Garden Village to the North.

Fenwick is one of West Edmond's premier sought-after family communities. Located on the North side of NW 164th, between Penn & Western, it's a large community, with several sub-additions. You'll find the original gated area to the East section, a Garden Village to the SW, and varying sized homes throughout. Nearby neighborhoods include Copper Creek to the North, and Sonoma Lake to the South.

With every listing presentation I prepare, I'm continually amazed at how well the Edmond Real Estate market is performing (View the latest statistics here), in spite of all of the negative press the National Real Estate market is still receiving. While preparing a listing presentation tonight for a home owner I'm meeting with tomorrow, I found yet another example.
