The market here in Chester County has slowed a bit the past few months.I have still done well as I have established clients that took advantage of the buyers market.We got homes and we got them much less that we would have Mid-last year.It is finally turning a  page.If you have a house to sell. say get it on the market ASAP.There is going to be a onslaught of homes being listed, and buyers are chomping at the bit to see them too!I have people that have been waiting 1,2, even 3 years to buy.Of course my 2-3 year people are the ones that are ready now.

Buying a home is not a decision one takes lightly, everything must be in order to go ahead and make an offer.Timing is everything.

Some people want the best price.That I can do! I go right for the juggler in today's market.
