Where did all the Bowie, MD foreclosures go? Looking at the MLS data for foreclosures for sale in Bowie, MD, it looks like there are only thirteen available. Considering that about a third of all the homes sold in Bowie last year were foreclosures, the number of thirteen seems low.
With 228 total listings for sale in Bowie, foreclosures account for just under 6%. This is the lowest figure I've seen in a long time, but consistent with the low inventory overall in the area.

That wait is over and Crofton, MD will see the opening of a new Mexican restaurant tomorrow.Poncho n Pepe's was the name selected in a local contest by the new owners of the restaurant and Tequila Bar.I'm looking at the menu and it looks like my first visit is going to have to include the Stuffed Jalapeno Pepper appetizer, the Black Bean soup and a Burrito Gordo.
