The Arizona Your Way Home program will help qualified buyers (income limits) with a 22% down payment assistance on the purchase of a REO home.
The Arizona Department of Housing has made a last minute decision to change the eligible properties guidelines for the Your Way Home Program.

NW Tucson MLS stats - 12/08/09 05:19 PM
 Northwest Tucson MLS area market update.  As of November ‘09, there were 1615 listing on the market, an 18% decrease from last November. There were 254 closings, a 43% increase from last year. Months of inventory were 6.5 %, down from 12.8% same time last year. Medium sales price was $205,000. If you are curious about statistics on other sides of town pleasegive me a call for more info.
