As a treat this past weekend I went to the Providence Place Mall in Providence, RI with my parents and went to the Indian restaurant at the food court for dinner. One of our past home buyer clients introduced us to Indian food, it has become one of our favorite foods. Providence was also having a small Water Fire. Here is a photo I took in the Summer in Providence, Rhode Island. The Statue of Roger Williams located at the Prospect Terrace Park. The statue is overlooking the city of Providence. The park is located at 60 Congdon Street in the College Hill neighborhood of Providence, Rhode Island. I like this photo because it looks like he is blessing the city of Providence. A little trivia his remains were moved there in 1939

As a certified exclusive buyer agent and trained in negotiating I recommend that buyers purchasing Rhode Island luxury homes still get a lender to issue them a Pre-approval letter. Buyers purchasing RI luxury homes usually ask why, since they can get a letter from their accountant, financial planner or attorney. The message a letter from one of these professionals informs the seller that you have MONEY and can go up in price, even if the letter does not give a dollar amount.
