In the young city of Highland Village, Texas the luxury home market is thriving.  This is largely due to the new hughly successful "The Shops at Highland Village". 

The shops seam to be giving a huge boost to the luxury home market in Highland Village. As of this writing there are currently 25 homes for sale in Highland Village that are to be considered in the "luxury" market.

Usually homes that are above the $499,999 price range are what most would consider the be luxury.
