In what is perhaps one of the better articles I have read to date from Michael Arrington of TechCrunch fame, he recently published:
No! Never Surrender to your Users, Facebook!
It deals with the recent changes made by Facebook that have had many of its members in an uproar. As a result, Facebook developers have conceeded under pressure, and are reverting back to some of the previous designs.
Arrington says this action by Facebook mirrors the quote
"A Camel is a Horse designed by Committee."
