Sold average sales prices increased 12.28% to $305,962 from $272,511 in 2012.

Current pendings = 5,048 pendings with an average list price of $290,599.  That is a 17.70%increase in the number of pending listings and a 6.78% increase in the average price of pendings compared to the same week in 2012 (4,289 & $272,144).
