Fed Ex delivered a letter today!  But first, the background:
A couple years ago, my office called to collect on a 6 month past due invoice with one of the largest banks.  When they asked that we, yet again, send another invoice, we noted that it would include a late fee.  We were abruptly told that "they do not pay late fees."  (Try that when your car, mortgage, or credit card payment is past due with them.)  We sent the invoice and, sure enough, they crossed out the late fee and remitted a payment for the original invoice, 7 months later.
