When does credit repair cross the ethical line and become falsification of a credit report?
More and more applicants seem not to qualify because of credit issues. They come fully aware of their credit situation and even know their credit score. In the past many would have qualified for a subprime loan. Many would have qualified for FHA financing, but FHA has tightened credit standards and many lenders have further tightened their own standards for manual approval.
