It is important for you , as a home buyer, to know that the documentation used to support your loan approval can be re-verified even until the day of closing.
You  may be asked for updated pay stubs and bank statements. Most lenders verify you are still employed within a day of your loan closing.
Credit updates are also generally repulled just prior to your closing date.
As loan approval requirements get tougher and tougher, it is important to remember these lender rechecks.

Agents generally request open house sheets fairly often. I am always glad to prepare them on request. When I follow up to see how things went, sometimes the report is good and sometimes it is bad. It is not clear to me what things can be done to help make an open house be successful.
They are usually in the newspaper. Signs are used. Sometimes food and more are prepared.
Today I was out visiting some offices and came across a poster advertising www.openhouse.comĀ .

Tennessee and Chattanooga in particular are top relocation choices for the retired who want to be active. This is according to a recent MSN report.
Comments include "We wanted a friendlier climate," " I don't think we are retirement community material" so we chose Chattanooga, "It's an economical place to live," boomers want to be in a real, live, diverse community that offers a lot to do."
