I decided to go down to Old Towne Orange the other evening, If anyone gets a chance to go, I encourage you to do so.  It was perfect weather in the early evening, walking around the plaza, looking in the shops, we stopped for dinner.  There are so many great restaurants to choose from, then we went and sat at the outdoor patio at the coffee house.

We had a great office meeting today regarding all the down payment assistance programs available to buyers.  They tie into FHA loans and I feel this is the wave of the future, for now anyways.

Nehemiah and Hart program look to be the best.
