I'm new to the network and wanted advice on how general things work.
I specialize in buying distressed homes doing the rehab and selling.
My focus is mostly on helping people retain their dignity during the foreclosure process.
If anyone would like to network or just drop a comment please do at anytime.
In my short time browsing I have not seen to many offering cash deals or mentioning of assigning deals.
Feedback from anyone with interest.
