walk: Dogs, Horses and Fish - Oh My! - 04/20/12 06:41 PM
Dogs, Horses and Fish - Oh My! Last weekend, the weather was unseasonably warm. Riley, the Real Estate Dog, and Richelle went for a walk here in Newtown. One of their favorite places to go is over behind the Governor's Horse Guard which is part of the old Fairfield Hills complex. There is a poorly paved road that goes down the hill past where the new Newtown Dog Pound is being built. It leads to 2 large fields - one has a path around its perimeter with side bordered by Deep Brook which is a Class 1 Wild Trout Stream. It's a very scenic

Dog Walk and the Governor's Horse Guard, Newtown, CT Earlier today, Riley, the Real Estate Dog, went for a walk in the large field behind the Governor's Horse Guard. It was a beautiful day - breezy, not too hot and a bright blue sky. Half of the large field is planted with corn and it is bordered by a trout stream on one side (Riley, of course, went in it to cool his hot feet off). On his way back up to the car, Riley, the Real Estate Dog, noticed how beautiful the grounds of the Governor's Horse Guard looked today. It was

walk: Walk the Dog is Not a Just a YoYo Trick - 06/29/09 08:24 AM
Walk the Dog is Not a Just a YoYo Trick So your family has a dog, you live in Newtown, CT and you'd like to take your dog for a walk. Let Riley, the Real Estate Dog tell you about his favorite places. Riley should probably have his own blog! He's always working hard at real estate and when he's not, he likes to go for a walk. The good thing about a dog walk, is that it's pretty portable and you can do it just about anywhere. Riley does have his favorite places to walk - some in Newtown and some not.
