Getting offended by a low offer is not a good thing, because the buyer wants to spend as little as possible to get the house. Sending a counter offer could make them come up closer to your price and meet in the middle where both the buyer and the seller are happy.

You have been keeping your pool nice and clean all summer long and now that nobody is swimming in it, because it is getting colder, you just let it go to a beautiful green color. Potential home buyers are not going to like your green pool, I can almost guarantee it.

Once you decide on the Realtor you are all set to get your house on the mls system to have visitors and then your offer. With almost every offer you will likely have an inspection clause.
