As Realtors, we are taking social-distancing very seriously! It is getting to a point where almost everyone knows someone who has been affected by this virus. Even during these difficult times, buyers still need to find a home. We are trying to come up with various ways to get people to see homes without actually being at the home. I have put together a video of my model home in Rockland for our future projects in Rockland & Embrun.

The Ottawa Real Estate Board has just released the stats for January 2020. What are you seeing in your area? Are you seeing homes selling quickly or are they sitting on the market for a while?
As you can see in this video the number of homes sold in Ottawa is a bit less than expected. We think that because of the low inventory, it's normal to see fewer transactions.
