You know it's funny when I talk with other professionals and they ask me "How's the Real Estate Market"?   I reply, "Our market is slowly starting to turn around and that's a positive sign".
One attorney, I know, told me I don't know how you do it, dealing with all types of people and personalities. I replied it's usually fun and sometimes a challenge.
