So you are looking for some advice on home buying. There are a number of questions you need to ask yourself before you go about this possibly life changing process. Of course there are the basics, do you want a single family detached home, or a townhome or condo. How many bedrooms and bathrooms do you want or more importantly, how many do you really need? Do you want that 4th bedroom for a den/office? So really a 3 bedroom with a den would be OK then in most cases. What kind of layout are you looking for, do you want (0 comments)

Clark County Trustee Sale - 04/13/10 03:40 PM
Well I went to the Clark County Trustee Sale today and what a whirlwind of activity. There were probably about 100 people in attendance, not all there to bid on properties mind you. This is a picture just before getting underway for the day at Nevada Legal News located at 930 S. Fourth St, Las Vegas. This scene is repeated every weekday at 10am for those interested in checking out the process themselves.

North Las Vegas Community Update -- Eldorado -- 89031 and 89084 - 04/11/10 12:54 PM
This week's feature is on a community in North Las Vegas called Eldorado. It is located in the 89031 and 89084 zip codes. It is North Las Vegas's first Master Planned Community that started building homes roughly starting in 1989 and is still currently building homes. The whole community is roughly over 1000 acres in size. There is still currently about 110 acres of land that hasn't been developed yet, along with 2 communities that the builder is still selling brand new in the Eldorado Highlands section. This week's feature is on a community in North Las Vegas called Madera. It is located in the 89031 zip code and is close to Sandstone Ridge Park and numerous shopping centers. View Madera Community in North Las Vegas in a larger map House's in this subdivision range from about 1200 square feet all the way up to over 2800 square feet. There are 259 homes in this subdivision. This is a picture taken from Sandstone Ridge Park looking into one of the entrances into Madera.
