The Addison real estate market is off to a slow start this year.  The number of homes sold is down 68% from the first quarter of 2006 and down about 44% from 2007.  Fortunately, the prices have remained about the same as last year and around 6.6% below 2006 numbers.

A recent Multiple Listing search for Addison, IL, homes shows that even though the number of homes sold has been decreasing, the home prices have been climbing.  The information was broken down into one year increments dating back three years.
