On April 29, 2008, Cambridge Homes held a brokers' open house at Carillon in Pingree Grove, Illinois. This is the newest community for people aged 55 or better. Cambridge offers three distinct series of homes.

I see lots of articles in real estate magazines about the advantages of establishing a niche market. Some of my recent classes have also suggested that having a specific niche is a good business plan, because you become the expert in that niche. The example given was an agent who lists (7 comments)
