Its great when there's additional income to help with the mortgage. I want to have another, but at a better location than where I am.

I drive a Camry, but my interest in investing in properties kept me from changing to a Lexus 350. I know the Lexus will become old and depreciates, but my house(s) will help me now and in my retirement.
