May has proven to be a good month real estate wise for our company.  Many offices in our area of the Texas Hill Country have also had good sales this month.  It is an indication of the economy doing better and also the tax credits that were offered finally working to stimulate the real estate industry.
For our company, it is a record setting month.  I would like to see this happen every month and we will keep working hard to make that happen.  A positive attitude and hard work can accomplish many things.  I tell my agents this every day.

My 4th and last in a series: "My Remodeling Project" - 05/13/10 11:19 PM
Last December, a few days before Christmas, I started remodeling an older home.  It was in very poor condition and needed an entire facelift.  Some people even told me I just needed to tear it down, haul it off and build something else on the lot.
I did not listen to them.  I fell in love with this old home and wanted to restore it to its former glory if possible.  To do a project like this with a home in this poor condition, you have to fall in love with it!  After it is finished and you want to sell … (11 comments)

Here are some of the colors of my garden.

This hot pink one is a blend of Love and Royalty. This must be a Godly plant.   I'm just glad they all live in my garden.
The beautiful white blooming bush in the front yard stands for peace and I hope everyone feels peace when they enter my home.

Mother's Day brings lots of memories to all of us.  Just the mention of the day itself will bring good memories of Happy Times with our Moms.
