Yes, every Spring Break many people head for the beach.  South Padre Island in Texas is filled with teenagers and young people from all parts of the state and country.  I've been there many times when the roads were bumper to bumper traffic.  It takes hours to get across the causeway.  Of course, Florida and Mexico are also favorite Spring Break destinations.
Sunny beaches, Spring time weather, good times with lots of friends.  This year I too, went to the beach.  Only it was not the Gulf of Mexico or the Atlantic I visited.  It was the Pacific Ocean.  It was … (5 comments)

Are you considering buying a home?  That is good.  Now is  a great time to buy.  Prices are softer and interest rates are lower than in previous years which will make your payments less for the same priced home you could have bought several years ago.  Or you might choose to buy a more expensive home, maybe one that is larger than you previously could have afforded since the payments will be less.
