There must be a better way!  The real estate business is in a transition time I believe.  Going from the old ways to the new ways is always hard.  The computer has taken over the way we do business in every field and real estate is still lagging behind in some areas.                                   
I run into agents every day that are still trying to do things the old way and do things the new way at the same time.  It doesn't work.  You have to get rid of the old before the new will work.  Sometimes, it's a slow transitioning and other times it is a … (32 comments)

I'm looking for a good investment property.  I tell my clients every day this is a good time to buy.  The interest rates are low and the prices have softened a little bit.  I expect inflation to hit with a vengeance in the future.  So for all these reasons, I tell my clients "Now is the time to buy!"
