There are undeniably issues with the real estate market in most cities in America. Clearly the economy is not strong, the price of gas and food is skyrocketing and the unemployment rate is slowly rising. Surprisingly it's not all bad news.Housing sales have slowed, prices are dropping and the number of foreclosures is high.
