Yesterday I met with a contractor to discuss a bid for a detached garage that I'd like built on my property.  In conversation, I discovered that he is seriously thinking about buying a lot and building his own home.  We also chatted about how he created his own informal "leads" group in the 1980's before the word "networking" entered our lexicon.

A local brokerage gave its agents a recommended reading list of books.  Some are real estate specific.  Others are more motivational, business, or sales related.  How many of these books have you read?  Would you recommend them to others?
