There is no denying that the housing market was not what it has been in the past but things are changing for the better. Wow....we have been having some incredible weather these last few days. It is the second week in January and today we are suppose to hit a high of 64 degrees. This is unbelievable!!!!!
It is a New Year with new beginnings!!! New goals, new focus, new Bloomingdale real estate market, new inventory of homes, great interest rates and NEW BUYERS!!! There are some beautiful new construction condos that just came on the market this week. Despite all the bad media news (bad always sells more stories than good), homes are continuing to sell in the surrounding suburbs!
