Change is never easy but it is almost unavoidable. When we first obtained our real estate license almost 14 years ago, there were 2 kinds of licensing. There was Sales Associate and Broker. In order to be a Broker, you had to be a licensed Sales Associate for at least 1 year. For those who do not understand the difference, in simple terms, with a Brokers License there was more schooling required and you could own or manage a real estate brokerage. We love this time of the year!!! It is the first sign that spring is not far behind!!! To be quite honest....we have had enough of this wintery weather!!
Don't forget to move your clocks ahead 1 hour before you go to bed this Saturday, March 8, 2008. Daylight Savings Time officially begins at 2:00AM on Sunday, March 9, 2008.
