Change is never easy but it is almost unavoidable. When we first obtained our real estate license almost 14 years ago, there were 2 kinds of licensing. There was Sales Associate and Broker. In order to be a Broker, you had to be a licensed Sales Associate for at least 1 year. For those who do not understand the difference, in simple terms, with a Brokers License there was more schooling required and you could own or manage a real estate brokerage.
