Wow....we have been having some incredible weather these last few days. It is the second week in January and today we are suppose to hit a high of 64 degrees. This is unbelievable!!!!!

It is hard to believe....the hustle and bustle of the holidays are behind us. 2007 was definately a challenge for the real estate industry. There were some very encouraging numbers the last 2 months of the year. We think people are starting to get it!!!! It really is a good time to buy!!!!
