moco foreclosures: Luxury Foreclosures in Montgomery County Maryland - 11/18/11 09:47 AM

If we compare the market for these homes to this time last year ... we notice that more of these properties are priced closer to true market value. What's happened to the trend in the luxury foreclosure world of pricing incredibly low ... then fielding hundreds of calls & tens of immediate offers? Sure it still happens but not as often. Real deals are there to be had but you must have vision & be ready to GO!

Properties are often removed from the schedule prior to auction ... Check for cancellations.
The Majority of the homes sold on the court house steps revert back to the lenders.
These homes are then listed for sale as bank owned properties (REO's).
