This ongoing winter event is just one more reason that Toledo and Northwest Ohio, is a great place to call home! Just because it’s cold outside doesn’t mean you still can’t enjoy One of Americas 10 Best Zoos!
Every weekend in January & February the zoo features, Frozentoesen which is bunch of activities that keeps the Zoo hoppin’ all winter long!  
There are Cabin Fever Feeds and Animal Encounters, where visitors experience animal feeding demonstrations and are allowed up close at a variety of exhibits throughout the Zoo.  There are also Ice Carvings in the main plaza for patrons to enjoy.  … (3 comments)

Home Sellers since January 2007 in Toledo, and Lucas County Ohio there has been about 3 times as many houses listed for sale than have sold!  This probably isn't a newsflash to you, but the pendulum has swung back toward the buyer's side at the negotiating table.
Sellers, if you really want to move your home in this market, here are a few things I would suggest:

Do you live in Lucas County Ohio?   Have you been considering buying or selling a home here in the near future?  Well, here is a quick summary of single family homes that have been listed or sold with Realtors since the first of the year. 
Since January 1, 2007, there have been a total of 2858 homes that were listed to sell.  During the same period of time 987 homes were sold.  On average it has taken 92 days on the market for them to sell.
