I understand that RES.NET charges a $250 Annual fee.  Is it worth the investment?  What will it provide me?  I'm still wet behind the ears in the REO world, and am willing to invest in my business, but just want to make sure it is a wise one!

Columbus took a chance, and he didn't fall off the earth... I said that to a prospective buyer the other day that was looking at a home that I have listed for sale.  It is, in my opinion, priced correctly based on it condition and other comparable sales in the neighborhood.
