Can you believe that interest rates are down this low again?  As quoted by Desoto Home Mortgage (662-890-3000) today you can get a 15 year fixed rate mortgage for under 5%!!!  30 year rates come in just under 5.5%.  These are some of the lowest rates we have seen in some time. 

 I was once told to treat the real esate market like I would treat the stock market......buy low and sell high!  Well it must be a great time to buy because prices are low!

As a twenty year resident, I don't think I could have said it any better. The county is only 20 minuets to world class gaming (3rd largest in the U.S.), Beale St. in Memphis, and the world headquarters for FedEx.
