It's Now Easier to Complain About Your Mortgage The new Consumer Financial Protection Agency (CRPB) quietly opened their doors for business on December 1st of this year. This is the new agency that was created by the Dodd-Frank financial-overall. People can file complaints online at www.consumerfinance.gov. Ken Harney recently wrote an article detailing how the CRPB works; I'll be very curious to see how complaints will be handled, and what teeth the new agency will have.
