Are your clients searching for you by name?
Probably not, while some Realtors have managed to build up that sort of name brand, the vast majority are looking for ways to stand out from the crowed and get noticed.
What are your prospects searching for when they start their home search? Are they starting it from goggle? or from your local MLS site?
From my experience they are starting their home search on goggle or another search engine of choice. They are probably typing in something to the effect of "Neighborhood Property Listings" (where neighborhood equals the area they want to live in).

Broadcast your listings on FM - 08/05/07 07:30 PM
Something you may or may not have seen before is using a low powered FM transmitter to broadcast an audio message about your listing.  Effectively making your for sale sign a Talking Sign.
Simply add a topper (or a new sign) with the FM frequency on it and put one of our SellFM Talking Signs inside the house.  Our FM Transmitters are perfectly legal and transmit your message to people in their cars 24 hours a day.

This should be interesting as a little experiment.
Do realtors really respond to social networks ? I guess 41,152 members says that there must be some interest in this.
I'm curious to know how many realtors are actively marketing on the internet.  Obviously you all have websites, and maybe a blog?  But are you buying google ad words, are you optimizing your pages for google, creating off site keyword links to your site to improve your ranking?
Not really sure what the stats are on these types of things, I'm guessing that this community has a pretty tech savvy group of realtors but is … (8 comments)
