home seller: “When Referral Sources are Not Happy with Me” - 06/01/14 09:42 PM
“When Referral Sources are Not Happy with Me”   Strive, as I may, for perfection when it comes to doing each and every mortgage and create a raving fan. I don’t always succeed and fall short, but I’m not willing to lose my license for anyone.   I received a call from an attorney who wanted to refer a client. He told me that he had been referred by a colleague, that said good things about me. He gave me an overview of the situation and flags went up immediately. His client was living with someone who was currently in foreclosure … (31 comments)

“$1850 Rental to a $1,443 Mortgage Payment”

It always drives me crazy when there are folks out there paying more for rent than they would be paying a mortgage. The ones that want to own a home, but don’t think they can.
This was the case for Brittney and Jason. They had lost a home when they lived in California which was almost 5 years ago. Their monthly rental payment is $1850, but what was crazy, their landlord suggested they call me, as he was going to put the home on the market.

Over the month of renovations, the neighbors kept coming over … (5 comments)
