There is a very good chance! I do preapprovals for clients all the time. Less than 50% of them have a Realtor, so that means many will go online looking for mortgages and real estate. The most typical buyers in the market place right now are Millenniums and they are very commuter literate. They are online, checking out everything, especially checking reviews, recommendations and testimonials.

As many of you know, our daughter Jill has been transitioning out of the mortgage business and into the travel agency business. She is doing amazing and sometime in 2015 will be devoting 100% of her time in that business.

This goes out to past, current, prospective clients and referral partners. The service I use allows me to track the opened tabs and I am constantly getting about 15% that open one or more articles. It goes each quarter and will bring in 5-10 new transaction each months and is currently going out to 3,000 emails.
 
 
The key is staying on top of email addresses which can be a challenge. The system lets us know when it can’t be delivered.

It depends on where you are and who you ask. Doing mortgages in 8 states, I see different trends all over the place.
 
Some of my Realtor referral partners are having their normal years and doing lots of business, but they are well established and are primarily running a referral based business. Others that I speak too have done less business this year compared to last year and others are considering leaving the business.
