The article below is taken from RISMEDIA. Does anyone want to guess what happens anytime the Federal Government, gets involved with the disposition of real estate? I promise you, NOTHIN GOOD! Let the disposition of REO’s take its natural course. The only thing that would assist in the movement of this real estate is mortgage financing assistance. If there is financing assistance, the real estate values will be stable and prospective homeowners will have mortgage payment that are below market and at par or less than they are paying for rent.
