DEVON, PA – Greater Philadelphia region* median home sale prices decreased three percent to $194,000 in the first quarter of 2011, according to Prudential Fox & Roach, REALTORS’® HomExpert Market Report©. Home sales in the Greater Philadelphia Region decreased 10.4 percent compared to the first quarter of 2010, when the federal tax credit was in full swing.
