The Realtors' Association of Edmonton has put out the following press release and there are some interesting points. The most interesting is the expectations that housing prices will increase over the next 12 months. I agree I believe we are now at the bottom in Edmonton and we should see housing prices increase conservatively. I would expect about 3%.
