Media causing a lot of these Problems - 04/27/08 07:26 PM
If the media would stop talking negative about the real estate market maybe it wouldn't be as bad as it today. They haven't had anything postive to say in a very long time. But we keep advertising with them keeping them in business. They should be educating the buyers that it's a great time with interest rates still low and all the deals out there. I don't believe it's going to go much lower than this. (At least we hope not) No one know.

If only we could go back to the Year 2005 when homes were on the market for only 2 and 3 days. Never going to happen again. Guess we have to go forward now. People still have to buy homes and all we have to do is be patient and be ready for when it comes. … (2 comments)

Lake St Charles is a growing community. With all there activity now for everyone. They have Yoga on Monday's at 7 P.M. They are starting swimming classes. They have brownie classes every other Thursday at 5:30 P.M. They have Cub Scouts on Wednesday at 6:45. They are offering Romper Rhythms at 10 am on Wednesday mornings for you little ones. Also Have community yard sales for everyone to take part of.

Ruby Tuesday has started Cookies for a Cause. Dozens way to help Fight hunger. With proceeds going to America's Second Harvest. Through the purchase 10 percent of the sales will benefit the food bank with one of its own branches right in our own backyard. With gas prices going up so so high now. Food is skyrighting. Everything is going up except everyone's paychecks. Something has to be done.

I believe that the buyers have finally realize that this is a great time to buy. There are a lot of sign calls out there. So I think the buyers woke up and smelled the coffee and now are activing looking to purchase home. We all should be ready for this.
