I have been monitoring the market for years. I look for the houses for sale, the houses sold, the
listings that have expired and the other new listings. I wanted to get a feel for the market and be able to
gauge where it was going. Prior to 2005 there were 1,200 houses for sale in the North Palm Beach area
at any given day. In January 2006 the number of houses for sale jumped up to 3,000 and peaked above
