Here are the Stats from Central Ohio and Columbus Real estate. Only 3 years have shown a decrease in value. I believe the 2007 decreases is due to the higher priced homes ($400,000 and up) not selling. Homes in the mid price range ($100,000-$250,000) in Clintonville, Northland and the University area have
