1320 homes sold in Central Ohio in April 2008. The average list price was $172,970 with the average sold price being $171,560, 99.1% of list price. Average days on market was 108.For the same time period in 2007, 1656 homes sold, with the market time being 99 days. The average sold price was $182,032 with the list price average being $176,933, 97.1% Fewer sales, days on market a little longer and the sold price down approx 3%. The average list price was $210,880 with the average selling price being $202,547, 96% of list,market time was 87 days.This compares with 48 sold in-the same time frame in 2007. Average list price in 07 was $187,930 with the average sold price being $182,344, 97% of asking price.
