Many large national banks are closing branches and offices. Karen brings up another example of a large lender pulling in some reins. Wonder who will be next to close up offices?

I was just recenty informed that Bank of America Mortgage Lenders were pulling out of Colorado soon and going to Utah. Last I heard they were opening multiple facilities in the Denver Metro Area. My how things change ever so quickly. Have we hit bottom yet and is the real estate market stabilized? I don't think so.........

Central Ohio Market Report September 2011. - 10/06/11 12:40 PM
This past September in Central Ohio saw 1035 homes and condos get sold. The average home sold was a 3BD 1BA 1,942 sq ft home selling for $172,494 after 106 days on the market. In 2010, we saw 1036 homes get sold, typical home was a 3BD 1BA 1,880 sq ft home selling for $167,135 after 85 days.
Here I see similar homes taking slightly longer to sell but for similar prices. Could this be the sign of a stabilizing real estate market in Central Ohio? Numbers across the board are similar to the point of equality, and has been that … (1 comments)

Clintonville Ohio Market Report September 2011! - 10/06/11 12:21 PM
This past September in Clintonville Ohio, we saw 28 homes and condos get sold. Median house style was a 3BD 1BA 1,483 sq ft home selling for $177,000 after 56 days on the market. This is strickingly similar to September 2010, were 27 homes and condos were sold and the typical home was a 3BD 1BA 1,291 sq ft home selling for $169,000 after 44 days.
