We have done some marketing on fliers and had some sign inserts made up the read $7,500 tax credit
I mentioned this to my sellers as another way we can help bring a first time buyer to the talbe.
Results yet. Do you think the buyers/ Realtor don't understand this

In the back of this bill is a provision that gives first time buyer a $7,500 tax credit if they buy a home. There are income limitations and a recapture program over 15 years. This is in effect a $7,500 tax free loan for a first time buyer. Keep your eyes on

I have mixed feeling on this.If someone makes $3,000 they may get a $300 rebate.THAT IS 10%!!!Yet an individual who makes over $75,000 may only get a partial rebate. The same applies for couples making over$150,000. I wonder if that is AGI or taxable income????It burns me as I drive business

The sales of multi family units is down year to date 2007. In 2006 718 units sold for an average price of $155,642. Year to date in 2007, only 607 units have sold for an average price of $132,906. Sales in Clintonville and the Ohio State University areas are still solid.
