I wrote an article on the distractions, misconceptions, and actual scams out there waiting for the home ownerin foreclosure. I titled it, Home Mortgage Foreclosure Red Herrings and it covers 3 main time-wasters with attempting to stop a foreclosure. Yesterday President Bush held a press conference to give comfort to subprime loan holders who face huge upward payment adjusts...and yet...after a little investigation... We find that everything he said was a LIE! The supposed "rate freeze" for 5 years is a farce....read all about on my mortgage advice blog... Bush Caught Lying To Homeowners...Again!
