Property Managers Please Help - 06/13/07 04:39 PM
Im working with a client that lives in Missouri. They had rented a place and now the property manager refuses to let them out of the lease with out full buy out. I thought this was illegal in Missouri. I thought that with 30 days writen notice and losing the deposit a tenant only had to do a One month by out by state law. Does anyone know the answer to this.
The management company is saying that they will try to lease it and tenant is to pay up to that day. They however are not trying to lease it and don't … (2 comments)
